Shipping Policy

The short version: Batch 001 ships in November 2026, to UK addresses, in reservation order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We plan to open international shipping in future — join the email list and you will be the first to know.

When your order ships

01/TRAIN is made in a single numbered production run. Batch 001 is scheduled to ship in November 2026. Orders are dispatched in reservation order, so the earlier you reserved your place, the earlier your pouch ships.

If the ship date changes for any reason, we will email every reservation holder as soon as we know, and your right to a full refund before dispatch stays in place throughout. See our [Refund Policy] for details.

Dispatch and delivery

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. UK delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch email, or arrives damaged, email contact@eighteennutrition.com and we will sort it — replacement or refund, your choice.
