Refund Policy

The short version: your £5 is refundable, in full, any time before your order ships. No questions asked.

Reservations (Batch 001 · Founding Place)

Your £5 reservation holds your place in Batch 001 of 01/TRAIN. If you change your mind at any point before your order is dispatched, email contact@eighteennutrition.com from the address you ordered with and we will refund the full £5 to your original payment method. Same day wherever possible, and always within 5 working days.

You do not need to give a reason. "Refund please" and your order number is enough. If you cannot find your order number, just email us anyway and we will find it.

Once Batch 001 ships in November, reservations convert to orders and this policy is replaced by our standard returns policy for delivered products, which will be published before anything ships.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel an order for goods that have not yet been delivered.
